Classic Travel & Tours, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Daniel S. Heiry and Karen K. Murray with the belief that they could create an alternative for small and medium sized companies. This alternative carefully blends the best products and pricing strategies offered by the “mega-agency” conglomerates with the personalized attention and service offered by a smaller, boutique agency.
Since the day we opened, we have concentrated our efforts on the needs of the business traveler and that remains our focus to this day. From the technologies we adopt and the analytics we utilize, to the counselors we employ, there is just one goal: to earn your trust and confidence every day. We are committed to a partnership based on collaboration, understanding that each client has their own unique idea of what travel management is all about.
As a result of this commitment, the design and implementation of our customized travel program is the end result of extensive discovery and discussion with all those involved in the corporate travel process. Further, we recognize that any travel program must remain flexible, adapting to changes in the travel industry (broadly) or strategic changes at the client (internally). As a partner, our role is to assist you with recognizing these changes, facilitating a dialogue as to their impact, and making the appropriate adjustments to your travel program.
